Favorites include the title role in Carmen, Rosina in The Barber of Seville, and Cenerentola in La Cenerentola. Musical theater roles include Golde in Fiddler on the Roof, Mrs. Potts in Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella in TheatreWorks' Into the Woods, Anna in The King and I, Eliza in My Fair Lady and the Mother Abbess in The Sound of Music. I won a DramaLogue award for my portrayal of Marian the Librarian in The Music Man.  I am also a well-respected Cantorial Soloist, most recently with Temple Emanu-El in San Jose, a position I held for fourteen years.

I have two adult children, one working in the fashion industry in San Fransisco, and the other at Chapman University in Southern California. I live in Los Altos Hills where I love to garden and cook with my husband Richard and hike with our dogs Nala and Beenie.
